Customer Service Specialist - SAP & manufacturing

Job Description:
Major established global company has an opportunity commutable to the east of Columbia, SC metro for a Customer Service Specialist that would have customer service responsibilities in their high volume manufacturing environment.
This day shift opportunity involves inventory assistance when needed and the tracking of shipments for customers and salespeople as needed.
Will arrange freight pickups and secure freight quotes for salespeople.
Will send invoices.
Invoice payments will be received and be recorded on spreadsheet and weekly will deposit invoice payments.
Data entry of sales orders is also a responsibility.
Will contact the customer on issues / questions arising from shipments or invoices and solve any problems.
There is also a 9% bonus potential.
At least 3 years of customer service related experience in manufacturing HSG with a preference for further education Strong follow up and organizational skills Communication skills that are strong verbally / interpersonally, written as well as over the phone Must be able to type with accuracy at least 40 words a minute Professional demeanor in relating to others Prefer customer service supervisory experience A plus is being bilingual with the Spanish language Word, Outlook and Excel experience Must have SAP experience Company Description The Cameron Craig Group is an executive search firm representing job openings in virtually every industry and job function across the country.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
