Dana Corporation is seeking to fill the position of Process/ Quality Engineer in Lugoff SC.
Responsibilities:
oDevelopment and improvement of processes along with developing the most productive/cost effective method of manufacture.
oCoordination of assigned APQP projects and the development and/or update of the following: Control Plans, Process sheet, Process Flow Diagrams, APQP Documentation, PMFEA s, Inspection Instructions, and others as needed
oDesign and development of specialized gauges and tooling as needed.
oCreate and maintain detailed work instructions, operating and set up procedures.
oPrevention and reduction of waste through the use of quality Tools, such as, but not limited to: Pareto analysis, Mistake Proof Deviations, Cost of Quality Analysis, Visual Indicators, Capability Studies, and other statistical tools.
oPrevention and resolution of Customer Concerns through the use of problem resolution tools such as 7D, 8D, Five Why, etc. problem solving processes.
oAbility to work in a team environment and foster continuous improvement in all aspects of the plant operations.
oDevelop and maintain TS16949 documentation and develop and improve manufacturing processes.
oAssist with process improvements and data analysis.
oUtilize lean manufacturing techniques.
oFacilitation of Customer PPAP submission.
oTrace and review status of engineering deviations and change requests.
oPerform other duties as assigned or as needed.
Position Requirements:
oA minimum 5-7 years experience in Process engineering and Quality with specific training in Quality tools and manufacturing processes.
oA Bachelor s Degree in mechanical Engineering or an equivalent field.
oExcellent mechanical aptitude.
oStrong personal computer skills including Microsoft Office and various statistical software packages.
oManufacturing experience - preferably in automotive industry working for a Tier 1 supplier.
oStrong communication skills both written and verbal.
oSelf-directed individual with excellent organizational skills.
oMust have Experience with: PPAP/FMEA/APQP/GD&T/Gage R&R/Calibration/SPC, QS-9000, TS-16949, ISO 14001 and Internal auditing.
oCommitted to Continuous Improvement.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
