Description The Reliability Engineering Manager leads the Reliability Engineering Group supporting the manufacturing facilities at the INVISTA Camden, SC site. This role is responsible for the overall reliability of the plant assets. The position provides leadership and direct supervision for a team consisting of electrical and mechanical engineers and engineering technical specialists. This role is responsible for meeting the reliability targets for the plant, supporting maintenance in resolving emergent equipment issues and supporting the implementation of new projects. What You Will Do In Your Role Role Model for Koch MBM Culture and Guiding Principles Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Able to work within a manufacturing environment and possess strong interpersonal skills Provide performance development, training, feedback, coaching, support, and improvement opportunities to direct reports Develop transparency and governance by monitoring and advancing the reliability performance metrics Work with operations leaders to ensure equipment/asset availability will meet customer requirements Develop the 5-year Reliability Plan including strategic goals and capability development planning. Drive safety and compliance excellence through enhanced equipment reliability and personally modeling safe behavior. Implementing and improving on reliability concepts including development of Root Cause Analysis, Reliability Centered Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance technologies and Preventive Maintenance development in order to achieve high levels of availability of plant assets. Directing the plant's efforts in lubrication excellence, vibration analysis, oil analysis, thermography, and other condition monitoring and/or Transformative technologies. Working closely with both operations and maintenance in the development of long-term equipment care and reliability Recruiting and developing new reliability talent. The Experience You Will Bring Requirements:
Bachelor's degree 5 years of supervisory experience in an engineering or operations leadership role in a chemical manufacturing or refining environment Demonstrated commitment to safety and regulatory compliance Experience in performing or supporting Root Cause Analysis tools Experience with Microsoft Office Word (i.e., creating documents), Excel (i.e., creating spreadsheets, utilizing formulas, & analyzing data), and Outlook (i.e., scheduling meeting invites & emailing) What Will Put You Ahead Bachelor's degree in engineering 5 years' experience in maintenance and/or reliability in an industrial manufacturing environment Experience relative to computer and production reporting systems (i.e., SAP) Experience establishing and/or administering a Predictive/Preventive Maintenance program and tracking results Experience troubleshooting and repairing automated high speed industrial equipment Knowledge of PLCs, drives, servos, motors, and instrumentation PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS (with or without reasonable accommodation):

Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Technology Management, DevOps & Site ReliabilityEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
