We do this efficiently and in compliance with all pertinent rules and regulations.
Major
Responsibilities: Specific duties include, but are not limited to
oConsolidation and analysis of daily Plant Performance Trends.
oConsolidation and analysis of Monthly Operational Results.
oConsolidation and analysis of Annual Operating Plans.
oReview various Plant Reporting requirements and prepare Business Unit Level Reports.
oAnalysis and monitoring of various departmental budgets.
oMaintain and analyze standard costs with local system.
oPerform variances analysis on product cost.
oParticipate in the monthly close process.
oUndertake special projects and other duties as required.
Key Competencies:
oDecision making based on accurate analytics, knowledge of customer needs, knowledge of internal controls and corporate policies, and risk recognition.
oDetail oriented with the ability to work to a high degree of accuracy.
oCapability to summarize and to synthesize; deliver the right size and quality of contents as required.
oExpert organizational skills and with the ability to prioritize and/or multi-task.
oOpen and willing to adapt to change and adjust routines accordingly.
oClear and effective written and verbal communication.
oStrong analytical, strategic thinking and problem solving skills.
oMS Office proficient with expertise in MS Excel.
Qualifications:
oA Bachelor s degree is required. Accounting or Finance preferred
o3-5 years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
oStrong understanding of cost accounting.
oMust be a self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision.
oPossess strong Microsoft Office expertise, Excel expert a plus.
oMust have strong working knowledge of financial accounting systems. SAP and Hyperion Financial Management system experience a plus.
